SAMARTHINI -Women Empowerment Cell (WEC) of S.C.E. aims at generating women’s sense of self-worth by enhancing women’s ability to contribute in creating a better social and economic order. It focuses on recognizing and encouraging Gender Equity and Sensitivity to provide level playing field for all genders. It has members who are actively involved in bringing about the Gender Equity, Equality and Equanimity by educating women about their rights, opportunities to determine their choices in order to have a better life and society. It is encouraging women to be better Role-Models and to help in establishing a better society.
